Fiskars wanted to streamline and harmonise their product portfolio globally while defining the future vision for their key product categories.
With the cross-functional team and newly defined roles and responsibilities, they needed to align around a shared vision and establish a collaborative process to develop that vision together.

The process empowered the team to tackle all product categories, aligning globally while ideating for the future. By incorporating feedback from key retail partners worldwide and anticipating consumer and market trends, the team created a concrete, visualised product roadmap.
This global product roadmap provides the organisation with a clear vision of where the brand and portfolio are headed. Moving forward, the roadmap will be updated.

The alignment and decisive action taken during the sprints are already delivering concrete results - the first products shaped during the first sprint in mid-2024 are set to launch in 2025.
