As a marketing communications intern, you’ll get to participate in marketing communications in all its forms. You’ll get to spread your wings in client projects as part of professional teams, whether it’s leading strategic lines or producing the final details of a project. The diverse and fast-paced work can be demanding but rewarding. We guarantee that with a positive attitude, you’ll get as much out of your internship as you want.
The job description for a marketing communications intern is diverse and can be tailored to your interests. The tasks are divided into projects for clients and tasks related to Superson’s own marketing and customer acquisition.
In client teams, the work includes:
- Analytics, such as preparing business environment and competitor analysis
- Project management, such as assisting project managers and independent coordination
- Communication, such as media monitoring and reporting, as well as content production
- Creative work, such as concept design for ad campaigns or content production
- Planning and implementing digital marketing measures
- Tasks related to customer acquisition
In the first stage of the application process, we ask you to send us your CV and a free-form application. In your application, tell us why you would be a good fit for the Supertrainee program as a marketing communications intern. Also, mention which area you would particularly like to work in during your internship and why. If you already have experience in project management or social media content production, this experience is a bonus. The internship is suitable for students nearing the end of their university or university of applied sciences studies or for those who have completed their studies. The working languages ​​are Finnish and English. The work takes place at our office in Vallila, Helsinki, and remotely.
The application process continues with interviews, where we invite the most promising applicants. After the interview, we ask for a separate task related to marketing communications, which is given to those selected to continue. During the paid internship, you’ll get to learn from top professionals and expand your own networks.
