Vaisala provides reliable measurement data for critical parameters impacting the quality, flavor, safety and nutritional value of food and beverages. Vaisala has been evaluated as the most sustainable Finnish stock-listed company (September, 2021).

Our mission was to help Vaisala towards a thought leader position in the food and beverages industry. We created a master concept, Vaisala Food Science - a platform that can be used to create a series of content that brings to life Vaisala’s technologies and obsession with accuracy. But we didn’t stop there.

As simple as a burger

Science Of a Burger brings to life Vaisala's capabilities in food tech and obsession with measuring. The video represents all key data of what the best burgers are made of: from the moistness of the bread to the air quality of the kitchen where its made.

Vaisala Food Science platform underlines the company’s key message: Vaisala’s measurement devices function with unparalleled accuracy under the toughest conditions – even in space – and are now being used for the benefit of cleaner and healthier food.
